Where is it? And why won't it start??

Although the AdvancedSystemCare Service 16 is running, the pergormance monitor is running - the system tray app wasn't running, until i found it in the Advanced SystemCare

 folder and mnually started. The only the app shortcut in the start menu is the uninstall shortcut and when i right click on the system tray app and click on 'Open Advanced SystemCare'. or any of the other options, nothing happens. Restarting my computer does no good. 

I tried reinstalling after downloading the latest version from your website and after the installation window starts, it just hangs. Pressing the install button, close,

Sorry for the issue you encountered.

Please use your phone or camera to record a video about the issue and send the video to us for further checking.

And please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the file  IObit_Debug_Info.zip to us via the email feedback@iobit.com.
