Game trainer not being ignored

I like to use Cheat Happens game trainers to make games easier to play. I don't have a lot of free time and want to just beat the game. I got a new Laptop and installed ASCU16 free version but when i try and use the trainer it is stopped and registered as a trogan. I have tried the ignore list  but it still stop the trainer. I have it on the list at least 15 different times but it still stops it. Please help.

We are sorry for the issue you encountered.

Please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

Please send the zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip to feedback@iobit.com for further checking.
