Missing install monitor information for Uninstaller 12.3 Pro..

Can anyone tell me where the information for the install monitor located, and can I restore one if I find it?

Yes I did read it before but just now double checked, and unfortunately there is nothing in there about where the logs are located or if the monitor list can be restored.

I had like 57 installations that it logged and it said 7 earlier and upon checking just now it has 17 and I haven't installed anything since I looked earlier today so I don't know what to think at this point.
