How do I remove Advance system care from my computer

I can't remove advance system care from my computer or download the upgade software to the new upgrade. I have the free advance System Care version 3.3.3 and I was trying to download the 3.3.4. I get a error message missing uninst000. I would like to continue to use the software but can't go foward and can't go back.
