transfer to new computer

I have a desktop and two laptops running asc ultimate. One laptop had to be replaced so I followed the instructions and deleted ACS from one of the laptops. but the code that I received indicates all three are in use. I cannot find a way to contact Iobit with my problem, does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks for the response Scannan but that does not resolve my issue. I have ACS installed on an Asus desktop and an Asus laptop but cannot install ACS on a new HP laptop. IOWs, I can only use two of my three PCs.
