need pay not ordered Smart defrag

Hello i got today a bill from NEXWAY about memebership of Smart defrag of $4 about.

Well i cannot remeber that i have an abo of smartdefrag and i dont know how i cancel it. In IOBIT Account, my memebership of Smart degrag endet 2019 and is cancelt. 

How can i fix or canjcel the problem with NEXWAY?

Sorry. i see now its from Paddle.net. But im sure i dont have an subscription of IOBIT. The last membership of smart defrag was 2019 and it was finished! And now 2023 i get a new message that they want $4 again. 

Ok: $4 is no problem. i can pay them but i would like to cancel my subscription.

Its sad that IOBIT has to earn money in such a way
