unable to open SmartDefrag

Smartdefrag stopped working on my friends laptop, yet all other IOBIT software is working fine.

I tried updating, then tried removing old version and installing latest, but even though I go through the complete setup process when I try to launch from shortcut (or from within program files) it says its unable to find the file. (see attached snip of warning box).  She is using a HP Laptop running Win 10.  I've tried everything I know, can anyone shed any light on why its no longer able to run?
