Advance System Care 16: Download of install file Failed - virus detected

Excited to learn of Advanced System Care 16.  Downloaded link from iObit website and Chrome Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit) said "Failed - Virus detected" on file in system tray and will not open.  I am using Windows 11 Pro.   Also tried going to MajorGeeks.com to download the install file and got the same message when I tried to open it.

This issue and similar has been dealt with many times on the forum.

Your anti-virus/antimalware (including windows security) program is falsely blocking it.

Why is it being blocked and what do I do to address the issue?

Yes I did and can't find any clear advice on handling.  SMH

Please explain what conflicting information you are getting. I ask this because I am not only certain that the solution(s)

have already been provided in the Forum, but I have posted many of them myself.

What program is blocking the installation.
