ioBit Uninstaller. Windows defender found Trojan in download

Windows defender found a Trojan when I downloaded the latest update of ioBit Uninstaller V 13.0.0.exe on 01-08-2023 See report below.
Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml
Detected by Microsoft Defender Antivirus

I sent an email to support and online support page with no response.
