Cancelling the renewal of the subscription

I got auto-renewal notifications for IObit products. I tried to disable the "auto-renew" option, but the links in the e-mails didn't work at all. I kept getting errors and there was no such option for logging-in on your website and disabling through my profile (if there was one) was not possible. I want to cancel my subscriptions for all the products.
