Smart Defrag 9 Windows 11x64 Problem

Windows 11x64

I enabled Boot Time Defrag w/ Every Boot and now the system freezes at boot.  I cannot even get into Safe Mode as this also freezes at boot.  I can get to a command prompt through WinRE but I don't know how to disable Boot Time Defrag from the command prompt.  Help!

When I try to run SmartDefrag.exe from command prompt I get error message:

"This version of C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Smart Defrag\Smart Defrag.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher."

In the event that someone else with the same problem finds this thread, I fixed the problem by reinstalling Windows 11.

There may be a better solution, but I could not find it, and it is clear that IObit had no interest in helping.

To be fair, I used Smart Defrag with Windows 10 for years without any problems, but after this bad experience, I am averse to using any IObit software with Windows 11.
