Several Features Won't Turn On

I installed and re-installed the program, but it says it can't turn on Real-Time protection and some other features. It says uninstall the program or contact support. Are there any solutions?

Do you honestly expect to obtain decent assistance, when you supply an absolute minimum

of information, and did not even bother to complete your Profile, so we do not even know which system you have.

I updated my profile. 

I have an HP Probook 450, two 256GB SSDs and a 256GB SD Card, 16GB RAM, i5 Processor - 8250U

I use iObit Advance SystemCare Ultimate 16, DriveBooster Pro, Malware Fighter, Uninstaller Pro

I do have TotalAV Anti-Virus Pro installed for anti-virus and some security. 

My other iObit applications have no problems. But when I open Advance SystemCare Ultimate 16, it says I am not protected. When I click on fix, I get the error that says this feature  cannot be turned on. Please try rebooting your PC and reinstalling the program to solve the issue. If the issue remains, call support. I also can't turn on Anti-Ransomeware - I get the same error. Homepage Advisor under Browser Protection does not work - failed to work. Please contact support.

You are running windows 11 and this will not allow you to have more than one AV software actively running.

I have disabled and uninstalled other anti-virus programs. but I still get the same error - couldn't activate real-time protection, reinstall program or call support/

Did you also disable windows security and then re-install ASCU

Yes. I have totally uninstalled Microsoft Defender. Now when I go to Windows Security, a blank screen pops up.

You cannot uninstall Windows Defender (windows security) it is part of the operating system,

So I do not know what you have done. I asked if you Disabled Windows Security....not uninstall it.

I imagine you will have to now repair windows or reinstall it,
