Can't start a steam game

Hello, I have been using IObit Malwarefighter 10.4 Pro.

I like the features of your product, however, it keeps blocking some of my games from playing.

When I start a game it asks if I want to allow or block the program to access a different file.

Even though I press it to allow it leaves the game unplayable.

When I press the remember button, it keeps asking me whenever I start the game again.

It still asks me even if I turn off IObit Malwarefighter 10.4 Pro.

I am using Windows 11, and IObit Malwarefighter 10.4 Pro.

Sorry for my late reply.

What is the game that you mentioned?

Please also download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe

Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'. 
After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is save d. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.  
Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into
