The program does not work Iobit Uninstaller Pro

I haven't been able to run Iobit Uninstaller for several days, it doesn't respond to opening, restarting doesn't help, I recently bought the pro version for 3 computers... and what I paid for, I don't know, if it's going to continue like this, it's a shame to buy it. I definitely uninstalled it from my laptop, I have Windows 7. At first it worked, but since Friday it seemed to be stubborn and I can't run it, so it went to the trash. I just lost money on it....
