Classic Control Panel, etc... a HiJack?

Just kinda bothered by these kind of detections. Things like not showing Help and Support (okay, so that MIGHT be a HiJack, but I still don't think so really :P), forcing Classic Control Panel - since I atleast prefer it - and so on, is detected by 360 as a "HiJack". I pre-applied these myself and think it's more bothersome that 360 detects these, than that I've these registry settings applied to my system. On another note, the second is kinda the opposite, since I prefer those settings - not think they're unwanted, and I do know that the ignore-function is there, but this means I've to apply an ignore-rule to every single installation.

360 still seems to be a little over the top in respect to some of these "detections".Some of these can actually be accomplished through the settings of their own ASC utility.
