Howto: Russian to English Language?

Last night I seem to accidentally turn my Adv. Sys Care from US to Russian ... though I fail to get how.
I DID change settings in my Settings, but, as far as I recollect, language or so.

Issue:
My Russian is slightly worse than my Mandarin understanding ... which is like totally inexistent.

Can someone point me out how to undo this, please?
Edit a Reg Key, edit a .CFG, else?
Or tell me where in the now Russian Settings where to do what?
