How to close Pop-up ads (Even better - how to stop)

Can someone provide instructions for closing the this company's spam? The pop-ups only have buttons to download / install the unwanted apps. I just downloaded / installed / uninstalled iTop Easy desktop to close the pop-up. Right behind that I have and add for 'Vidnoz AI' gracing my desktop.

Is there an executable or service I can shut down?

After shutting down every program I could find in Task Manager associated with IOBit, I finally found the culprit, at least for the 'Vidnoz AI' ad.

D:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\IObit Uninstaller\Pub\onlinesr.exe

Killing this file closed the add.

You can turn off the pop-up if you are not interested.
