Does the IOBit Malware Fighter App work on it's own products?

I have not tried IOBit Malware Fighter. It claims to keep "Adware and Unwanted Pop-up Ads Away from Your Computer".

The only adware and pop-up ads I ever get on my computer are from IOBit. Can anyone who has used the IOBit Malware Fighter comment on whether it works? Does it prevent adware and pop-ups from IOBit?
