My mouse stops working after update

Recommended Posts

I have been using iTop Screen Recorder, Scan, Smart Defrag, Malware Fighter, Advanced System Care, and Uninstaller for about 5 consecutive years. However, I had to uninstall the Driver Booster because it deactivated my mouse (all of them, I tried connecting several of them), and I had to do a Recovery to a previous day on my computer before that driver update. So even though I have the Pro versions for all of them, the Driver Booster is not installed, In the future, I will be more selective with the products I buy from them instead of buying so many for this simple reason.

I had that same dilemma when I bought several programmes from Iobit and after running them all over a short period of time, I melted my PC down and had to do a clean reinstall. I learned by being burned and hasn't happened again.

I only use the Drive Booster, Iobit Uninstaller, and Advanced System Care Pro 17 presently. Most all of Iobit programmes are redundant, including these I mentioned. I sparingly use the latter two and rely on Drive Booster to handle my needs acordingly. I will attest to the fact that Advanced System Care Pro 17 will whack your system up right smart if you don't carefully select and observe what you're inputting and what it's "Fixing". Your registry will not like you any longer afterwards and very well may totally whack out. Keep track of redundancies between all your programmes and react appropriately.

I would also advise to be aware that some of Iobit's programmes have viruses/maleware inbedded within them for whatever reason they stated to me. However, their Software updater programme loosed a mean virus within my system that I almost had to consider buying a new SSD replacement if I couldn't remove their bug. I fortunately removed the bug and then advised Iobit of this infestation released into my PC from their software. Presented documentation supporting my proof of claim several times but in the long run, Iobit blew me off and I never was compensated for my troubles or resources.
