No auto-startup of IObit Uninstaller

In "Settings", the Uninstaller is set to start with W11.

There is also a shortcut to "C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\IObit Uninstaller\IObitUninstaler.exe" has been placed in the W11 Startup folder.

The Uninstaller no longer auto-starts at Windows startup.
