Scan settings....

Are there any recommended settings for a scan? I see three separate options:

 

1. Executable files, only.

2. Skip files larger than 10MB-100MB.

3. Priority; low, normal or high.

 

In reviewing the manual, I see nothing to assist me in making any of these choices. Can anyone help me to understand the criteria necessary to make an appropriate decision? Thanks.

Of the 3 selections there the default setting is, Scan Excutable Files Only is the only one checked. There other 2 are not.
