Could AWC be the reason?

On Windows 2000 Professional, IE 6, AWC 5.5, Outlook Express suddenly will not send or receive email. Is this the fault of AWC?:?: I have printed out several MS articles on this problem, do not understand some of it and cannot find the fix. Can anyone give me a clue? I really like AWC and think it keeps my computer cleaner than anything else I have tried.:!:

As far as I know there is no version 5.5 of AWC, we are all still waiting for version 3.0.

You need to be more specific and tell more.

I don't use Outlook, so I can't answer the question (but I have not heard of a problem). But I believe the version in question is 2.5.5.

there is no windowscare 5.5, its only at 2.55. where did you download it and are you sure it said the manufacturer was iobit?
