Scan external backup hard drive - how?

Is there a way to scan/repair an external backup hard drive?

 

I use a usb hard drive to backup my stuff

That would depend on the type of repair you are attempting. What's the nature of the problem with the external drive?

Is the problem that you don't have the option to scan with IS360 in your right click?

Solbjerg, I am right if I say that for multiple disk defrag it is necessary to install Smart Defrag ?

We will all be confused if we talk about ASC and IS360 in the same time.

 

I am too confused with them already.

 

Can we start from the beginning with white empty page again.

ASC here and IS 360 in the concerned section.

It is ok, for me...

 

For IS360 : right click on the external disk letter and click on the contextual menu...

 

For ASC : for defrag option : the best way is "Smart defrag" software...
