scan hangs

Dear members,

Since my installation of Windows 7, my scans hangs on "Diagnostic". After a hole night the scan isn't finalised.

What can be the cause?

Where in "Diagnose" does it hang - System Optimize?

Are you running the program as administrator?

Please a little more verbose information :-)

Most probably the version of ASC you are using is 3.4.

 

The issue is solved in new version ASC 3.41.

I assume you are using ASC v3.4.0

Please go to This thread and download the latest version of ASC v3.4.1

Same was happening to me with v3.4.0 -- updated to v3.4.1 and it was running smoothly again.
