i would like only to suggest two free anti-rootkits i use and i find excellent

 

SuperAntiSpyware and SophosAntiRootkit

 

I'm not sure if they are running on Windows 7 but if they do u can try them.

I don,t agree with the comment that if rootkits are installed then it's too late
