What are these "Unknown" and "Suspicious"

Also this is under "Suspicious"

 

C:\WINDOWS\downloaded program files\ [1]

=> Filename C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\ppctl.dll - PestPatrol version 5.0 COM control

Hi dynocat,

The "unknowns" are parts of ASC & Security 360 programs. It just means that getsysteminfo.com is not familiar with these & don't know what they are.

The "suspicious" appears to be part of an antispyware Pest Control (owned by Computer Associates.) This could be part of a security suite supplied by your internet provider if you don't think you have Pest Control installed. If you are not sure of it, find the file & upload it ot Virus Total to be checked:
