Auto update

 

My Netbook is set to Automatic Update and yesterday I received an update that required a Restart afterwards.

 

I just checked MS updates site and there are no Critical Updates for me

I went to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and ticked Show Updates

There is an update that was installed yesterday and it reads:

Security Update for Windows Internet Explorer 8 (KB978207)

 

I guess this is the Security Update that was mentioned in the article, and if so, it seems to have installed ok when using Automatic Update :smile:
