Re-enabling disabled Windows services?

I seem to remember allowing the program to disable some of my windows services, and now Outlook pops up bugging me about Windows Search being disabled every time.

 

Could anyone tell me where I go to re-enable these services?

Right, I found a fix by undoing the changes in the Restore section - although if I'm honest I think it needs to be clearer. :-?

You can re-enable your service(s) by going to Admin Tools > Services-locate the service in question and right click on it.Then click on Properties and from the General tab you can set the start type (auto,manual,or disabled),then choose to start,or stop the service.Cheers!.
