How come the registry cleaner doesn't ask if you want to back up?

Most of the registry cleaners ive always used ask if you want to save or back up your registry. How come ASC doesn't ask this?

In your settings you choose what to back up - amongst them the registry

(So it is at least debatable whether the program should ask again I think)

In the Restore Center you can view what changes was made when - if you right click the restore point and click view.
