DHCP error

I have a DHCP error ID 102 that shows up in Event Viewer every time I boot up. Nothing appears to be affected by it and many posters I've found by Googling say to ignore it. Skype uses the same IP number that is shown in the error message, so I disabled Skype from startup, but that didn't help. My Service Provider checked all my server and modem connections by Remote connection yesterday (I've never seen that done before) and they did change a couple of settings, but I still get the error message.
