:cry::cry::cry::cry:ok i was trying this product and did intend to purchase. it appeared to be a good program but after several uses discovered that it deleted i suspect important registry keys and system eventually crashed. do not havea clue what to do now have reinstalled win xp professional. do have other issues and i was wondering whether anyone else have had this problem with registry entries being deleted:cry:

Normally, ASC will repair your registry problems rather than crash your computer. Please tell us what other work you have done before your computer crash.

 

Then you can reinstall ASC, run Registry Fix and click "## problems found" to enter the detailed information box. Then save report and send the report to support@iobit.com and describe your problem. The IObit specialists will investigate your registry report.

ASC always asks for you to let it make a back up of your registry upon its first running. In the unlikely event of a problem you should be able to reinstall that without reinstalling your OS. I have been using ASC since its inception many years ago and I have never had a problem with either the free or the paid versions.
