Incompatible with Bullguard Internet Security 10

Hi everyone!

 

Long time no speak :) I have been here in the background, quietly watching everything that has been happening, but not posting much. :-P

 

So first I removed my old security suite: Kaspersky Pure. After the uninstall I used Advanced SystemCare to make sure I have removed all traces of the security suite before I went to trial Bullguard Internet Security 10. The install and everything went smooth as expected. Then upon restart my computer would just hang at the 'Welcome screen' so I force restarted and chucked in my recovery disc and completed a system restore. I went straight to the Bullguard live help where the support person suggested I remove Advanced SystemCare. What do you know! it work :shock:

 

Do you know about this incompatibly?

 

I hope it can be resolved so other users don't have this problem.

We have tested for your concern, and we did not find out any incompatible problem.

 

The Advanced SystemCare is system optimization software while the BullGuard Internet Security 10 is security program. So they are in different lines and normally would not have any incompatible problem.

 

Please install them again and confirm this problem.:-P
