Sorry about this issue happened to you.

 

Would you please tell us the version of your IE.

 

On another hand, a screenshot when the bug happens would much helpful for solving this problem.

PS: Debug

 

Dear Alec Jaring,

 

Thank you for your feedback.

 

Our coder built a debug version of ASC Main application for solving your problem.

 

1) Please download new ASC.exe here.

2) Open the setup directory of ASC. (Usual path: C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 4)

3) copy and paste the new ASC.exe to replace the old one.

4) Run ASC.exe.

Beta one:

install -seemed to.I checked that there were files on the drive

I lost my other version. as this over installed it.!

and yes I did try 3 times.plus on my new WIN 7.

same DEAD.Nothing bar a ICON

 

Start (run) nothing. all I, had was a icon on the desk top

any ideas?

One solution springs to mind :-)

Do a Clean Install - be sure that the folder is deleted too - also in Documents and Settings.

Then try installing it again if you DO want to try a beta version.

download -ok

installing .yes on a brand new computer.and just freshly installed windows 7

Are you trying to run it through sandboxie perhaps?

no nothing else

but will not run on the screen .although its show as running after the 4 time installed.

 

checked it was removed 100% 3 times.installed my pro version and all is well.

uninstalled this with YU .check the drive.

cant give you a log file or screen shots more than I have shown.

I shall try a few things ,just preparing my test Pc. and install 5 versions.

that I have

.fool around with settings.must be something that is stopping the app to run live on screen.

I can get a tiny bit to run .so there must be a explanation why ?

 

any one trying this Beta ,before you do.

BACK up THE drive ,WITH a IMAGE..! a restore point may not be reliable.

if the PC crashes.and there is every indication it could..

the BETA is VERY UNSTABLE..

hi and members..

 

well guess what I got it going on my test PC..

 

but it did buck up.let me explain..windows 64 bit version 7 ultimate

now remember no nothing Else ,

the install went as all before it has done .fruitfully, and up opens a program I like .the looks is fantastic!

I just stared at it .then closed it and booting up again.Sadly did the same! .

darn I was thinking.why...

let me say what I think caused this.as I wanted to take screen shots, installed the program .hit the icon.(ASC)and nothing! ******@#24@@

ok took a wild punt.and reinstalled it over the BETA4 ,and when it was done

bingo! working like it should..

so now I got to try to work out why, or what program may be interfering on the 32 bit OS.

the stupid thing is all ASC versions WORK,on ether 32 64 bit.now at the moment this is working very well now I have it running,on the test PC..

next and this may take time find why its not on the net PC..

Please try another clean reinstall. If the main UI still does not appear.

If yes, please restart your computer to see whether this issue remain.

 

yes I did as you suggested,and now 2 times again, ..but this time when it dissipated

from the screen when installing my screen capture program so stuf that I was thinking give it a shot.

reinstalled it over the top of BETA4, boom it did it!

don't ask me why I would not have a idea.

but thank you for the kind remarks

 

now is there a log made by the install ? cant find it ,this would of been good help .working out why or what is interfering with the program ASC4

.

Please download ASC.exe from the bellow link to replace the same program in the installation directory of Advanced SystemCare 4. (Usually path: "C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 4")

 

Download Link of ASC.exe

 

If it still doesn't work, please contact us ASAP.
