Smart Defrag 2 dramatically reduces free space after Full Optimize and Defrag

I am a bit confused so if some can bring some light on the subject please!

Laptop Compaq 2GHhz/4Gig Ram 500Gb HDD and 133 Gb Free space. After performing Full Optimize and Defrag my free space has been reduced to

115 Gb !!! This is ABSURD !!! I am missing 18 Gb !!!

Any help appreciated.

The Free-space numbers you want to use in SD Free/Total size column are:

After Analyzing

& After Defragmentation

 

Are those the numbers you are looking at?

 

(Those numbers should be close to those in Windows Explorer File Manager, also)

Well ...removed SM 2.01 and installed PD 11. I have regained over 30 Gigs WOW.

Perhaps SM is very good alternative considering is FREE. Not enough time to give it another try.
