Oh my, I just lost my license with this update. I had a license for almost a year and it will not go into this upgrade.

Yes, there are Spanish.lng files in Language and Toolbox_Language folders and you can choose Spanish language.

Now it walked perfectly, gave me the option to put it in Spanish.

I do not understand it because the one that it already had installed, has the same MD5 (4682AC0E6F29ACD93B4AFE7172198CDF) and was not giving me this option.

I believe, it is remnant of a former ASC in your folder.

My guess is that when it was translated from English, the English version did not get deleted or moved or What ever it's supposed to do with it?
