Hi confuseddonna, welcome to IObit Forum! :-D

My first advice would be to install the new version ASC4 and try it.

If you really want to get rid of it, my second advise would be to reinstall it (I believe it is ASC3.) and uninstall it with IObit Uninstaller software downloadable from IObit Uninstaller 2 Beta 1.0 is available! thread.

Yes, I just downloaded, unzipped and installed the 'ShellMenuView' utility

and I'm having trouble finding the Menu Info that I want to locate.

It seems more complicated than using Regedit.

So re-installing may be the easiest to do. :-(

If someone out there knows how to locate things using 'ShellMenuView', Please let us know?

(Not all of the program Icons are displayed in left column and there's no menu separation, that I can find?)

Thanks

I searched forever in regedit and couldnt locate it either.

That zip file is yikes btw.

Best to reinstall ASC3 and use the uninstall however, I did do that originally...

sooooo...

Stay tuned folks, will keep you aprised of the sit rep.

Fingers crossed please.

If you reinstall ASC3 (Reinstall the latest version 3.80), you can delete those context menu items within ASC3. There were options for those which could be unticked.

Cheers.

I am happy that your problem is solved confuseddonna, but it will be useful to other users if you can tell us the ways you have used for the success. :-D

All the best and cheers.
