Maybe its just me being dense,

But

 

REMOVE TO RECYCLE BIN

 

Seems very odd to me as its an "open" file, and would just let any malware carry on corrupting your system

depends how you configure your setting.

I rather like the optio whole it gives you an opportunity to delete an item that you are a bit ambivalent about - this gives you the opportunity to restore the file in case you find out that it is ok after all. :-)
