Advanced System Care Pro hangup

On my Compaq laptop with 365mb ram the Quick Care and Deep Care are hung up, the magnifing glass just rotating, the lower blue bar not moving and no notations below it of progress. I have a desktop computer with the Free version and it works fine. Suggestions of problem and cure?

Did you try Disableing all the utilities Except for One, by removing the check-marks from activation boxes?

If that one works then you can activate others, one at a time.

(I would start with something like the 'Short-cut fix' utility activated)

 

Is your laptop operating on battries alone? If so, try plugging in power-cord.
