Latest Version Sent me back to the free version

HI,

 

i just downloaded and updated to the latest version of ASC Pro, and it has sent me back to the free version and wont accept my product code, although I have over six months left on the pro version. We have four paid for activations in the house, and it's difficult to keep track of them all, and avangate is not really that helpful.

 

Help Please to restore my Pro version.
