I found this webpage with good pictures of the more common cable connectors used in computers:

I recently got confused by the slight difference in the 8-pin EPS & the 8-pin PCI-E, which are used on Mobos and Video-cards.

(some Mobos have two and Video-cards can have several 8-pin connectors)
