ASC Defrag & Smartdefrag

I have just gone back to using smartdefrag after using another for a while, well impressed just how much it has improved.

 

If I have smartdefrag installed and set to auto, do I deselect defrag in deepcare of ASC or just leave ticked.

I usually untick it in the deep care, because I feel it delays things.

:-) No, I don't

I untick the option!

I almost never use automatic or scheduled functions, but do it once in a while to be able to answer question about it, - when having tried the functions I close those options again! :-)

what are the differences between ASC defrag and SmartDefrag ?

Smartdefrag has more options like boot files defrag, ASC i think will only defrag the C drive.
