Undelete won't

Undelete will list the files that I want to recover, and says it sent it back to the original folder location (or custom one) and claims that it did. It didn't, however. Any ideas on this one?

In fact undelete the whole program and get one that works for free!!

Please help us look into the issue and provide the following three screen shots.

 

The screenshot of the files you choose to recover, the program said "Restored Successfully" and the folder you plan to put those files to.
