Ping.exe Need Help Please

PING.EXE appears in my Windows Task Manager, and it pops right back up every time i press "End Process" It also wont let me delete the folder, or files NEED HELP!!!!

I have temporarily Closed your other thread Ping.exe so you can concentrate on Malware Removal

I've also run a Full System Scan on Malware Bytes, and it has shown no infections at all.
