ASC5 Deep Care not scanning...

ASC5 Deep Care will not initiate the system scan ("initializing database" message does not appear) and the processes do not begin. Quick Care does scan, however, and I can not explain why Deep Care will not. I've tried everything... changing the scan types, re-entering the license code, removing and reinstalling ASC5, changing general settings. Is anyone else having this problem? ASC4 worked great, and this upgrade is very frustrating. -Matt

You can deactivate each of the many utilities in Deep-care,

by clicking on the check-mark-boxes.

Run them one-at-a-time and that should let you know where the problem is.

If you have already tried that also then I'm out of ideas.
