Cleaning problem

When i use scan to deep clean, keeps telling me cannot clean history etc because chrome is running, but i have exited chrome so no history etc is cleaned

open task manager and close chrome from there.

does that mean i got to go to task manager every time i run it. But this does work for me thank you for that.

Probably simple but I still cannot seem to solve this problem.

i do not use chrome, so not sure why it does not close correctly.

All places where you see "Privacy Sweep" un-click Chrome
