Hi Zegor

Please go through your settings and choose those you prefer.

Then run a cleaning manually in both Quick Clean and later in Deep Clean - and before letting the program perform the cleanings in any of the cleaning sessions please go through all the "Details" and check if any of the cleanings has selected any item that you do not want "cleaned" - right click on these items and choose "Ignore" in order to place them in the ignore list.

You only have to do this a couple of times manually before you can let the automatic cleaning take over.
