ASC deep care

After running deep care on two separate computers I have to reinstall Perfectdisk 12.5. Error says unable to connect to local machine with current user. Error interface not registered.



Went back to version and all is fine.


P.S. I also get this error with quick care.

Sorry to hear that you encounter troubles, please kindly help us look into it.:smile:


1) Please reinstall ASC and reproduce the problem, then use the rescue function of ASC and let us know whether it is OK.


Open ASC 5>> click the button "Rescue" >>choose one restore point (note: please set restore point to the time before the problem occurred)>>click "undo"button


2) No matter the rescue works or not, please send us the Log folder and Backup folder under the profile folder so that we can further look into the problem.


Usual path: %appdata%\IObit\Advanced SystemCare v5

same problem with PerfectDisk 12 and Systemcare 5.1.0


Good morning,

I have a serious problem with IObit SystemCare PRO 5.1.0. After installing Raxco PerfectDisk 12 and after deep ones with SystemC, Raxco PerfectDisk software no longer works and shows the error "unable to connect to local machine with current user. Error Interface not registered", as described in the forum


I noticed that this problem ONLY happens after "DEEP REPAIR OF THE REGISTER". I am attaching the report after the repair.

Please solve the bug that disables Raxco PerfectDisk 12.
