ASC 5 wiped out folders!!

Hi,

 

After running ASC 5, my Quickbook folders along with many others are gone! There are whole bunches of folders that says Unknown FolderXXXX (where XXXX are numbers). I have tried undeleting files. It shows 2273 files fouund, but the process gets stuck at some random folder.

 

Please help and give me some clues if you can so that I can get back on my feet.

Please tell us the location of the folders you placed.

 

Please also find the log folder and send it to us. You can find it in %appdata%\IObit\Advanced SystemCare v5
