OK guys, after 7 attempts I think it's your problem - no help files in this forum :razz:
FYI:
You know that there is a maximum size limit for each file attached to a post in the Forum.
When you open the "Manage Attachments" window, you can see the maximum sizes of various types of files that you can upload (attach) to the post. So there is information for the poster Users.
In your case, most probably .zip (or .rar) file, the maximum size is 878.9 KB.
Please divide it into multiple zip files like all of us do.:lol:

Skipped patch is an update by MS to Windows that is not used/applied.
You can use the equivalent of not applied update (patch) of MS.

...copied them, paste them into Editor, saved it as Unicode and entered the block into lng.
Why do you ask ?
The Toolbox language file was a code mix ( with Chinese letters ) - the correct file is attached in my previous post.
