Hi Pablo Jakelaitis,
The situation you mentioned is because that you have installed ASC Ultimate several times. And I have reported the situation to our product team. Hope we can avoid the situation in the future.;-)
No the person opened ascu constantly many times, he didn't check either system tray minimize or load at startup or both. Too many apps were being used. Reduce that. I've seen it happening many times on my pc with asc as well as ascu.

Hi Cicely, I'm putting my findings up here because I have two screenshots to send.
But first; Is there an auto time out device in Antivirus_ScanTest.exe, as it stopped short halfway through My (P) drive with this message....
after that was OK'ed, this message came up...
I do have a lot of disk drives to get through it takes me two days to do a full disk scan.
Anyway here are the log files.

Possibly the servers of IObit haven't been updated.

This cant be done on any system. SD3 cannot control windows defrag. As for the checkboxes if you leave them unchecked they'll remain the same next time.

But it's not a good idea to post the names of contacts on a public forum. As for this I cant provide screenshots. I have shown examples of what happens on phone and what is shown on MMM(pg 1).

Defragmentation can not be done on the SSD and not recommended, but Check Disk Errors can be done and are recommended on SSD?
yes, you should check for disk errors but not defragment an ssd

Yeah, you are right. We can only enlarge the size of Smart Defrag but can not decrease it. It is the same in Smart defrag 2.9. Could you please tell us whay you want to decrease it? I will report your concern to our product team for consideration.
For the other issue " even after defragging the fragmented file percent is unchanged and sometimes this becomes prone to errors like showing wrong number of files.", please describe it more clearly with related screenshots.

Firstly, most of the screen gets occupied with SD3 on small screens. A issue common with most laptop (13") users, though I'm not one of them but I've seen that happen.
The second issue has happened with me when during defrag it had shown 9999 fragments instead of 222 which was minutes later analyze had started. After and before the defrag fragment % remained the same.

The resizing option only allows to increase the size not decrease it than normal.

possibly this problem occurs with people who have ssd as well as normal hdd

Hi Scannan, thanks for the tip. Specified topic as read. But the problem is not solved: I can manually specify the type of disk, but defragmentation does not work. SD sees the disk as empty (0 files and 0 folders). What else can I try?

This is a big issue if it shows total files to be zero after analyzing.

Hey.
I just got some bug about this program. When I was selecting custom scan, it just appearing the C:/ harddisk while I had been connected some removable disk although it could be scanned via windows explorer and right click.

Save the image as .jpg instead of png using paint on your pc. Then upload it.

What happens is if I have A S Roy, PCE saved on my phone;
It says A Roy. That's the issue.

There is a big issue.
ASCU doesn't have any pro edition then why in ASCU activation dialog does it say to activate all features of of ASC Pro edition. Too confusing

What happens if AutoCare it's planned Saturday at 14:00 and the computer is not turned on at that time.
No auto care is performed.
